Hanoverian Scenthound puppies of Linda Semiland planned for spring / summer 2022
There are no perfect dogs, but all dogs are inherently good
Breeding dogs is a hobby for me and puppies are planned based on the well-being of my dogs and on my personal life. As a breeder, I carefully consider good combinations and research for suitable studs, but I am also aware that pure luck plays a big role in a success. The goal of my kennel is to bring up healthy, good-natured hunting dogs in accordance to the breed standard.
Puppies are rised with care and love so they receive the strong foundation for life. Puppies grow and develop inside their own puppy room under the care of the mother. They get used to the sounds and smells of everyday life as soon as their ears hear and their eyes open. Every puppy gets gentle care and attention. In breeding, I take into account the individual needs of the puppies and treat each puppy as his own individual. Time is spent with the puppies and they get used to the treatments like nail cutting or ear cleaning from an early age. Outdoor activities take place weather permitting. A puppy fence with daybeds will be set up for puppies in the yard, so they can pop outdoors as much as needed.
The puppies are ready to go to the new homes at the age of 8 weeks or according to a separate agreement. The puppies are dewormed, microchipped and examined by a veterinarian. New owners receive with a puppy also written puppyguide and puppy package (ex. food, toys, blanket, leash&collar, surprise). I like to follow up puppies development in new homes and I offer the owners lifelong dog support including training. In addition, I hope to organize joint meetings / hunting trips for willing puppies. My priority is place puppies in active, loving home where they are considered as a full member of the family.
